Epiphany 2016

The Epiphany is celebrated on January 6th. It was this date the Magi visited the infant Jesus. The three Wise Men arrived from the East guided by the Star of Bethlehem, bearing gifts for the divine infant. In France, people also celebrate the Epiphany by eating "galette des rois"  (also known as Kings Cake.)

This is wonderful, Kerri. I have a friend who just visited the Holy land, and it was such an experience for her to see so many special places. Oooo, that Kings cake sounds good. Thanks for sharing this story with us, Kerri. You always have interesting posts.

I hope the new year is being good to you so far.
